Ron Liu is the founder of the company, and is currently the Chairman and CEO of the company. He has devoted himself into the development and industrialization of pharmaceutical formulation technologies for over 30 years, has been engaged in the R&D and management of pharmaceutical formulation technologies in Wyeth (now Pfizer), Abbott and Bristol-Myers Squibb, and has founded AustarPharma in the United States. He is also a member of the Review Committee of New Drug Release Technology, National Institutes of Health (NIH), and a candidate of the national major projects for talent development.
Dillon Gao is the Chief Business Officer of the company. He has nearly 20 years of management experience in foreign enterprises and experience in business development， joint venture and technology licensing. He is also a core member of the innovation and entrepreneurship team in Guangdong Province, and has been awarded with the title of “Elite Talent of Guangzhou Development District”.
William Li is the Sr. Vice President of formulation at Bostal. He has over 15 years of working experience in the US and China. Multiple products developed under his leadership have been successfully approved in the United stated and China. He is also a core member of the innovation and entrepreneurship team of Guangdong Province, and was awarded with the title of "Elite Talent of Guangzhou Development District".
